Icertis Deployment Lead

Role Overview To support a companywide transformation initiative modernizing our contract, procurement systems, we are seeking an experienced Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Deployment SME to support the rollout of Icertis CLM within this integrated enterprise landscape. The role focuses on contract obligation management, clause libraries, compliance flow‑downs, and integrations with Infor (S2P) and Costpoint Finance. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required. Responsibilities Partner with Icertis consultants to design and validate contract management workflows, including contract authoring, obligation tracking, and approvals. Participate in design and build sessions with Contracts, Legal, Supply Chain, and Finance stakeholders. Identify contract data elements (CLINs, SLINs, obligations, deliverables, milestones) that require mapping into Costpoint non‑CAS structures. Define obligation‑to‑financial mapping rules such as CLIN to Project Code to Billing Event. Validate interface requirements for milestone‑based billing, deliverables, and fee structures outside standard CAS pools. Collaborate with Finance Data Analyst and Finance SME to ensure obligations align with Costpoint billing logic. Document and test Icertis‑to‑Costpoint integration scenarios for non‑CAS contracts during UAT. Embed FAR / DFARS, ITAR, and DCAA requirements into contract templates, workflows, and reporting. Oversee clause library, metadata, and template setup to support compliance and auditability. Collaborate with Enterprise Architect and Data Lead to align Icertis contract data with Infor procurement and Costpoint finance. Develop and validate obligation‑to‑action flows, ensuring contract milestones and deliverables trigger appropriate downstream actions. Support user acceptance testing by preparing test cases, validating workflows, and documenting results. Partner with Change Management Lead to create training content for contracts, legal, and supply chain users. Leverage expertise during hyper‑care post‑go‑live to stabilize operations. Qualifications Experience configuring workflows, clause libraries, and obligation management. Experience integrating Icertis with ERP and Financial systems. Ability to translate legal contract requirements into system configuration. HS diploma or GED. Nice to Have Experience with federal contracting requirements such as FAR / DFARS, ITAR, and DCAA. Experience in catalog and supplier compliance flow‑downs. Experience in Business Process Re‑Engineering for contracts and compliance. Experience utilizing AI tools in ERP and supply chain deployment and operations. Knowledge of audit and reporting controls for government contracting. Knowledge of AI tools automation. Master's degree. Compensation The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD).
