Tax Senior Associate
Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Tax Senior Associate for a hybrid role in Santa Clara, CA. This position involves serving as an experienced technical resource for tax engagements, including the preparation of corporate, partnership, individual, trust, and estate tax returns, as well as tax planning and advisory projects involving local, state, federal, and/or international laws. The role also includes leading and reviewing the preparation of complex federal and state income tax returns for a diverse client base, delegating tasks to tax associates or outsourced personnel, ensuring timely and compliant tax payments and financial documentation, and performing tax research on federal, international, and state tax matters.
Requirements include a Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Math, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or as a Tax Consultant, Tax Associate, or in a related/similar position. Experience should include providing tax compliance and consulting, using general accounting concepts, applying tax code and regulations, preparing corporate tax returns, using Microsoft Office Suite, and conducting tax research. The rate of pay is $101,000 to $148,550 per year.
