Job Title: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (NP/PA) - Urgent Care Compensation Range:This position is paid on a salaried basis; however, the equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour , depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package. Job Summary Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our expanding team. We currently have a part-time opportunity available at our Ballston Center location in Arlington, Virginia . This is an excellent chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and fast-paced urgent care environment while making a meaningful impact in the community. Part-Time Schedule Overview
- Total Shifts: 19 partial shifts
- Shift Length: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM (4 hours each)
- Weekday Shifts: 17
- Weekend shifts: 2
- Physician-Led Organization: Inova prioritizes urgent and primary care, with 23 locations and continued investment in this specialty.
- Integrated Care Model: Seamless coordination with specialists, primary care, and other services.
- Subspecialty Primary Care Options: Opportunities to serve unique populations including underserved communities, LGBTQ+ patients, HIV/AIDS patients, and concierge medicine.

- Paid CME time
- Mental health support: 25 free sessions/year for team members and dependents
- NP: Master's in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master's certificate program
- PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification
- Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
- BLS & ACLS Certification
- Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia
- DEA License
- Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol
- Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid)
- Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
