Job Summary Store 2720464, 2375 S 17th St, Wilmington, NC 28401. Shift Availability: Flexible (Days, Evenings, Overnights + Weekends). Time Type: Full time. Gain entry-level management experience by leading shifts on a regular basis. Maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast and friendly service throughout the store. Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance. Interact with many customers daily while working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks. Qualifications Excellent selling and customer service skills. Strong communication, friendly conversation, and ability to perform at a quick pace. Teamwork, problem solving, quick thinking, and offering suggestions. Leadership experience supervising a team of employees. Retail and customer service experience (preferred). Entry-level management experience (preferred). Sales associate or cashiering experience (preferred). High School Diploma or equivalent. Motivation to advance in career and willingness to learn and have fun. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and/or walk up to 8 hours. Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift. Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level. Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds. Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift. Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye‑hand coordination and occasional ladder climbing to retrieve materials or place/remove signs.
