This is an exceptional opportunity for a collaborative physician leader to help shape and grow an existing comprehensive Movement Disorders program across a premier integrated health system serving the greater Chicagoland region.This leadership position offers a balanced practice model consisting of administrative responsibilities and clinical care, allowing the successful candidate to maintain a robust clinical practice while leading strategic growth, program development, physician engagement, and quality initiatives within the section.**Position Highlights*** Lead and grow a comprehensive Movement Disorders program across a highly respected integrated health system* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary neurosciences team including neurology, neurosurgery, neuropsychology, rehabilitation medicine, and advanced practice providers* Opportunity to expand clinical programming, research initiatives, and community outreach* Participate in the development of innovative care models and programmatic growth strategies* Supportive leadership structure and strong institutional commitment to neurosciences**Candidate Qualifications*** MD or DO from an accredited medical school* Board Certified in Neurology* Fellowship training in Movement Disorders required* Demonstrated clinical excellence in the diagnosis and management of Parkinson’s disease, tremor disorders, dystonia, Huntington’s disease, and related neurologic conditions* Prior leadership, program development, or administrative experience preferred* Eligible for unrestricted Illinois medical licensure**Benefits:*** Career Pathways to Promote Professional Growth and Development* Various Medical, Dental, and Vision options* CME* Wellness Programs* Health Savings and/or Flexible Spending Account Options* Retirement Options with Company Match* Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay* Community Involvement Opportunities* Compensation Range*: Based on years of experience:* *$275K-$600K, plus a stipend for section head responsibilities***About Endeavor Health**Endeavor Health is a fully integrated healthcare delivery system dedicated to providing access to high-quality, patient-centered care across the communities we serve.
