Youth Transition Specialist: Life Skills & Housing Support
SCO Family of Service
SCO Family of Service is seeking a Youth Counselor to run monthly workshops and connect youths with community resources in New York. The role supports housing applications, document collection, and ACS-compliant case management on a multi-site caseload. The position requires at least two years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, and strong cultural awareness.
