Medical Office Call Center
Call Center Richmond Va Pay From: $20 Per Hour
MUST: The Medical Office Call Center Rep should have the following experience: 2+ years of experience working in a high volume multi-provider specialty medical practice. Answering a high volume of phone calls, triaging phone calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, registering patients, detailed EMR documentation, ability to troubleshoot phone calls and escalate as needed, strong customer service support skills. Experience working for an eye center or ophthalmic practice is a plus.
DUTIES: The duties of the Medical Call Center Rep include but are not limited to the following: Answer high volume phone calls, comfortable working in a call center environment, schedule appointments, provide customer service support, verify insurance, register patients, document patient interactions in company database system, troubleshoot phone calls, document and update patient information in EMR.
