Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Process service orders and manage customer payments efficiently. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Prior experience in automotive service advising or related customer service role preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
