Submission Requirements:

• 1 year or more current dialysis experience - Required
• Must have NXStage experience - Required
• Copy of current, valid driver license - Required
• Geriatric patient experience - Required
• CNN or CDN Certification - Preferred
• Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred
• BSN Preferred
