DCS Customer Lead

As a DCS Customer Lead, you will be responsible to direct activity of exempt and non-exempt members of a team building products for an Auto OEM customer. You will be a member of a team with some direct and indirect management responsibilities. The base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $145,000, with a possibility of an annual bonus up to 10% of base salary. Actual benefit offerings confirmed at the time of hire. Key Responsibilities Work with customer technical and engineering organization. Project management responsibility for new color and new product launches Work within a team to schedule and prioritize work for their customer to ensure high quality and on time execution Support lab operations as a part of a mid-sized regional technical team Ensure on time customer deliverables in product approval process Work with PPG commercial team and product management to define priorities and implement account technology roadmap Application of root cause analysis and BPI tools to lead resolution of manufacturing and field issues. Qualifications Bachelor's Science Degree in Chemistry or related Engineering or Science field with 5 or more years of experience in coatings Previous supervisory experience is preferred Ability to travel up to 15% A PPG oferece igualdade de oportunidades a todos os candidatos e colaboradores.
