Emergency Communications IT Specialist

ADP

City of East Providence is seeking an IT Specialist to support critical public safety and municipal IT systems, including 9-1-1 and CAD, with after-hours on-call responsibilities. The role collaborates with police, fire and emergency management to ensure secure, reliable operations.

Candidates should have 3-5 years in IT support, knowledge of networking, VoIP, radio systems and CAD, plus cybersecurity practices. A background check will be required by the East Providence Police Department.
