Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with State Farm Alpharetta - Jon Jones Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We look forward to connecting with you if you are the customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in North Alpharetta.
I have been a State Farm agent since 2010.
I am a proud graduate of University of Georgia.
Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Million Dollar Round Table, Senior Vice President's Club, Silver Scroll, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier
