Electrical Service Technician-We are looking for highly technical, professional, residential service technicians who love to help people live in greater safety and comfort. The essential function of the Electrical Service Technician is to provide general electrical repair and services to HARP Home Services customers. This position handles service calls to customers in their homes and utilizes customer service training to educate and assist customers in choosing service, products and finance options. Must be available to work some nights and weekends.What do our Electricians do?ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, diagnose, install and repair electrical components in a residential environmentProvide excellent customer serviceMaintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicleTravel to job sites in service area, and work with dispatcher to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customerObtain customer authorization/signature for payment (or financing) at completion of jobMeeting predetermined targets and sales goalsAssist customers in evaluating repair vs. replace optionsAssist in generating and scheduling replacement consultations (as indicated)Meet or exceed performance minimum standards.What do we offer?Competitive Compensation:With our resources and training, our technicians are able to make $25-$45/hourWe offer a very competitive base salary and bonus program that rewards you for your hard work and customer service2 weeks Paid Time Off for all new lead service technician hires in the first yearConsistency:We offer consistent and reliable full-time year round work.No On-Call Shifts!Professional and Personal Growth:Robust Paid Training & Professional Development Path - 150 hours of training per year!Opportunity to grow - We love to promote from within!
