Location Dermatology Ellicott City 6021 University Blvd Suite 390 Ellicott City, MD 21043, USA Responsibilities Assist physicians and nursing staff in the care of patients Perform various patient care activities including nursing visits for biologics injection teaching, suture removals, phototherapy treatment, patch testing placement Assist with medication authorizations and patient assistance program forms for biologics Facilitate and maintain database monitoring of infusions and biologics/specialty medications Assist with in basket messages for specialty clinics Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Valid licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse Excellent customer service and communication skills One or more years of related experience CPR certification required Total Rewards The referenced base salary range represents the low and high end of University of Maryland’s Faculty Physician’s Inc. salary range for this position.
