EMDR Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Responsive recruiter We are hiring a full‑time mental health clinician with a flexible schedule focused on community impact. The role requires at least 30 hours per week, with 27 client hours and approximately 3 hours administrative. Compensation & Benefits $74,000.00 - $86,400.00 per year 401(k) with employer match Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Flexible schedule and short work week ( Paid time off Training & development Opportunity for advancement Responsibilities Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation. Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Qualifications and Skills Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution and on track to obtain licensure. Clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) or be in the process of obtaining licensure. Fully licensed clinicians should ideally be credentialed with insurance panels. Training and certification in EMDR therapy. Experience completing DAs, treatment plans and clinical case notes. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain stable, appropriate boundaries with clients. Timely completion and submission of documentation and other required paperwork. Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base. Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
