IPO-Ready General Counsel for AI Edge & IP
Ambiq Micro
Ambiq Micro, Inc. is seeking a General Counsel to lead the enterprise legal strategy and oversee compliance programs. This role involves building the legal department and advising the executive team on matters including corporate governance, IP protection, and complex commercial agreements.
The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and a JD from an accredited law school. This position requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This role will be on-site 5 days a week in NW Austin.
