MARKET BRAND AMBASSADOR — COMMISSION-BASED

Stone Ledge Distillery is expanding across Missouri and hiring Market Brand Ambassadors to grow sales, open accounts and build our brands market by market. Open territories: St. Louis | St. Charles | Columbia | Kansas City | Springfield | Cape Girardeau This is a commission-based sales opportunity for people who are connected, entrepreneurial and comfortable turning relationships into revenue. You will not just promote the brands. You will own the responsibility for growing them in your market.

THE PORTFOLIO

You’ll represent a growing collection of distinctive spirits with authentic stories and strong sales potential. Stowloch® Whiskey Award-winning Ozark Highlands whiskey from Stone Ledge Distillery in Defiance, Missouri — rooted in one of America’s newest recognized whiskey regions and built around craftsmanship, place and Missouri pride. Stone Ledge’s premium, eight-times-distilled vodka — exceptionally smooth, versatile and designed to compete both behind the bar and on the retail shelf. Beckford’s Rum A portfolio of premium Jamaican and Caribbean rums imported by Stone Ledge, including distinctive expressions built around authentic island character and compelling brand stories. You’ll also represent spirits from: Polly’s Still House Together, the portfolio gives you multiple ways to open doors with bars, restaurants, retailers and hospitality accounts.

YOUR JOB: GROW SALES

Your market is your business. You’ll be responsible for developing new accounts, maintaining existing relationships and generating repeat sales. That includes: Calling on bars, restaurants and liquor retailers Introducing buyers, owners and bartenders to the portfolio Securing new placements Driving reorders and account growth Conducting tastings and product presentations Supporting promotions and special events Building relationships with key hospitality professionals Identifying new sales opportunities throughout your territory Becoming the recognizable local face of the Stone Ledge portfolio We want people who are comfortable asking for the order — and then following through to get the next one.

WHO WE WANT

The ideal Market Brand Ambassador is outgoing, persuasive, organized and self-motivated. You may already work in spirits, beer, wine, hospitality, restaurants, events or outside sales. Or you may simply be someone who knows the local scene and understands how relationships turn into business. Existing relationships with: Bar owners, Restaurant owners, Beverage directors, Bartenders, Liquor retailers, Hospitality groups, Event venues, are a significant advantage. You should be someone who: Enjoys meeting people and building relationships Is comfortable walking into an account and starting a conversation Can confidently tell a brand story Understands that follow-up closes deals Is comfortable working independently Is motivated by commission and performance Wants the opportunity to build something rather than simply maintain a territory

This is not a traditional salaried sales position. Your compensation is driven by the business you generate. The more accounts you open, the more product you sell and the stronger you build your territory, the greater your earning potential. Stone Ledge provides the brands, portfolio, brand materials, sales support and growing distribution platform. You bring the relationships, energy and ability to close.
