Direct Support Professional (DSP)Pay: ****FLAT SHIFT RATE**** $160 for days/evenings - $200 for overnight/weekend
Job Type: Floater - As Needed

What You’ll Do as a DSP, you’ll support individuals in their daily lives while promoting independence and community involvement. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with daily routines and activities
• Supporting development of independent living skills
• Coordinating healthcare needs
• Administering medications (with training)
• Encouraging positive personal care habits
• Empowering individuals to make choices and express preferences
• Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proof of Auto Insurance
• Social Security Card or Birth Certificate
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain active throughout shifts
• Ability to pass federal and state background checks

No experience required – paid training provided!

Schedule Options

• As needed Floater on call to fill cover shifts in emergencies, call off's, vacations etc.
