Registered Dental Assistant Peds

Your Role & Impact As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will assist the dentist and dental hygienist in the direct provision of primary care dental services, and oversee sterilization, preparation, inventory control of dental instruments and supplies. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Graduate from a California Board-approved RDA education program Current California Registered Dental Assistant License (Coronal Polish/X-ray/Sealants; Pit & Fissure Sealants completed by first license renewal) Current BLS Certification from American Heart Association Infection Control Certificate California Dental Practice Act Certificate Nitrous Oxide Sedation and Occupational Safety in Dentistry Familiarity with dental terminology, instruments, materials and medications used during dental procedures Knowledge of professional and ethical standards of health care delivery Availability to work outside of normal shifts (e.g., 8 am to 5 pm) and on Saturdays Computer proficiency, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook and Word) and electronic health record data entry Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Why Join Us Provide care that truly impacts the community Grow your skills through continuing education Work with a collaborative, supportive team Perks & Benefits Competitive pay Generous paid time off Low‑cost health, dental, vision & life insurance Pay range : $27.83 to $38.96 per hour.
