In this exciting role, you will create a welcoming environment for families while ensuring a top-notch experience for our members. Responsibilities Greet and engage with members and their families upon arrival. Assist in scheduling classes and managing enrollment processes. Provide exceptional customer service and support to all members. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym facilities. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Promote upcoming events and programs to enhance member engagement. Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. Support instructors during classes and activities as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for working with children and families.
