Personal Care Attendant / Caregiver (Part-Time)

Location: Kalispell, MT
Pay: $19.50–$20.00 per hour
Hours: 10–12 hours per week

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient Personal Care Attendant (PCA)/Caregiver to provide part-time in-home support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others maintain their independence and quality of life in a respectful, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including dressing, grooming, and hygiene as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean living space
• Prepare simple meals and assist with meal planning
• Help with errands and grocery shopping, if needed
• Provide medication reminders (no medication administration)
• Assist with mobility and transfers, as appropriate
• Encourage independence while ensuring safety and comfort

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, personal care, CNA, or home health experience is preferred but not required
• Compassionate, reliable, and respectful attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to pass a background check

Schedule

• Part-time: 10–12 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling based on mutual availability
• Potential for additional hours in the future
