Clinical Data Scientist -RWE Data Analysis Oversight Lead: Inflammation

Responsibilities

Oversee timeliness and quality of analysis results across Inflammation therapeutic area portfolio
Manage vendor performance, oversight plans, and quality checks for programming deliverables
Partner with scientific leads on data strategy and advanced analytical methods implementation
Monitor translation of research protocols into analysis specifications and ensure vendor compliance
Serve as escalation point for quality, scope, and timeliness issues with vendors and service providers

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 12 years experience, or Master's with 10 years, or PhD with 8 years
5+ years generating analysis deliverables for observational research studies
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Biostatistics, or Epidemiology
Hands-on experience with SAS, R, and other programming tools in GxP compliant environments
Proven ability to lead and manage programmers and data analysts in matrix organizations
Experience reviewing analytical programs and outputs for quality and best practices
Understanding of real-world evidence regulatory landscape preferred
