Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections across all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol testing
- Enter patient information and process billing data accurately
- Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and maintain information logs
- Provide customer service and perform administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program
- Minimum 3 months phlebotomy experience or equivalent certification
- Valid color blindness test clearance
- Reliable transportation for site travel
