People Operations Specialist

Responsibilities Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, policies, and payroll Support benefits administration and enrollment activities Assist with recruiting coordination and interview scheduling Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws Prepare HR reports and support employee engagement programs Partner with managers to support employee relations and workplace initiatives Benefits Great benefits M-F 8a-5p Qualifications 2+ years of Human Resources or People Operations experience Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, UKG, Paycom, Paycor, ADP, etc.) Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite #J-18808-Ljbffr
