What You'll Do:

• Support and implement evidence-based rehabilitative interventions for patients with physical functioning disorders under supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Administer manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices as part of patient care
• Assess patient progress and communicate effectively with the supervising Physical Therapist for treatment adjustments
• Document treatment details and patient outcomes in electronic health records according to regulatory standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and provide patient and family education on treatment plans
• Participate in required clinical meetings, trainings, and interdisciplinary conferences
• Support and supervise students under supervision of a Physical Therapist, adhering to professional practice standards

What You Need:

• Current State Licensure as a PTA
• 1+ year of clinical experience preferred
• Knowledge of rehabilitative practices and documentation standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
