Collect and organize used dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Load and operate dishwashing machines efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dish and kitchen areas Properly stack and store clean dishes and equipment Support kitchen operations during busy service periods Assist with maintaining sanitation and safety standards What We’re Looking For Hardworking and dependable attitude Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy restaurant environment Professional, friendly, and team‑oriented mindset Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds Strong communication and teamwork skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Previous Back of House experience is helpful, but not required Interest in learning kitchen and pastry techniques is a plus Current Food Handler card Why Join Our Team?
