Duties

Serve as a technical authority in Family Medicine, providing comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and healthcare services to patients across the full spectrum of age and complexity.

Independently formulates full treatment plans based on thorough evaluation and diagnoses consistent with current evidence-based clinical practice guidelines.

Develop and implement new clinical approaches, treatment protocols, and care delivery models to address system-wide clinical challenges requiring original solutions.

Lead a major Family Medicine program by developing and directing clinical operations, establishing performance metrics, and providing guidance to other healthcare providers.

Serve as a technical authority in Family Medicine, providing comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and healthcare services to patients across the full spectrum of age (cradle to grave) and complexity.
