Tiktok Shop Strategist

Influenceish is a social commerce and performance marketing agency helping consumer brands grow through TikTok Shop, livestream commerce, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, performance content, and paid media.

We work with emerging and established consumer brands to build social commerce programs that drive measurable growth. Our team operates at the intersection of creators, commerce, content, and performance marketing—helping brands turn social platforms into meaningful revenue channels.

We move quickly, test constantly, and believe the future of commerce will be increasingly driven by creators and content.

We’re looking for a highly organized, client-focused Senior Account Manager, TikTok Shop to join the Influenceish team.

This person will own the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of TikTok Shop clients and serve as the bridge between our clients and internal teams.

You’ll be responsible for making sure clients understand what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, how their account is performing, and what we’re doing next.

This is an ideal role for someone with agency experience who is comfortable managing multiple brands, communicating with clients, solving problems quickly, and operating in a fast-moving environment.

TikTok Shop experience is highly preferred, but exceptional agency account managers who can quickly learn the platform will also be considered.

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of Influenceish clients.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with brand partners.
• Lead client calls, weekly updates, performance reviews, and strategic conversations.
• Understand each client’s goals and translate them into clear priorities for our internal team.
• Coordinate across affiliate, creator, livestream, paid media, creative, production, and operations teams.
• Maintain clear timelines, deliverables, priorities, and expectations across multiple accounts.
• Monitor account performance and ensure clients understand results, opportunities, challenges, and next steps.
• Proactively identify issues before they become client problems.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through additional Influenceish services.
• Work with leadership to develop strategies for improving TikTok Shop performance.
• Support new-business pitches and strategic presentations when needed.
• Help improve Influenceish’s internal account management processes, reporting, and client experience.
• Become an expert in TikTok Shop, social commerce, affiliate marketing, and creator-driven growth.

• You have experience in Account Management, Client Services, or another client-facing role, preferably within an agency.
• You’re extremely comfortable communicating directly with clients.
• You can confidently lead meetings and communicate both good and bad performance.
• You’re organized enough to manage multiple brands, projects, deadlines, and internal teams simultaneously.
• You understand digital marketing and can quickly learn new platforms and strategies.
• You don’t wait for someone to tell you there’s a problem—you identify it and help solve it.
• You’re commercially minded and understand that great account management includes helping clients grow.
• You can turn complicated information into simple, actionable recommendations.
• You’re comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment where things can change quickly.
• You take ownership of your accounts and care deeply about delivering a great client experience.

We’re especially interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

• TikTok Shop
• E-commerce
• Influencer or creator marketing
• Affiliate marketing
• Digital marketing agencies
• Social media agencies
• Performance marketing
• Paid social
• Consumer brands
• Client services or account management

Strong agency account management experience can outweigh direct TikTok Shop experience if you’re an exceptional communicator and fast learner.

Base Salary: $55,000 per year + Large Commissions on performance
