Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to assess mobility and functional limitations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore movement and reduce pain
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Document patient progress accurately and adjust treatments as needed

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain before start)
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a rehab or skilled nursing setting
• BLS certification from American Heart Association
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in orthopedics, geriatrics, and neurological rehabilitation
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Strong manual therapy and therapeutic exercise skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
