Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Development of research protocols, investigations, and clinical trials as requested. Provide administrative support for physicians: assist with development of critical care pathways and protocols. Development and implementation of progressive information technology alternatives in the inpatient setting.
Job Qualifications
- MSN or DNP with Adult/Gero Acute Care NP specialty- required
- CA RN and NP certification, State of CA NP Furnishing with Schedule II- required
- National NP Board certification in Adult-Gero Acute Care/Adult Acute Care NP specialty - required
- NPI#, DEA#, Enrollment in PECOS, Enrollment on CURES- required
- Previous Urology experience - preferred
- BLS from AHA or ARC- required
- Ability to utilize excel, word and other software programs
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and collaborative working relationships with administrative, clinical and academic personnel
- Skill in working independently and following through with minimum direction
- Ability to set priorities
- Demonstrate writing skills to compose logical, detailed and grammatically correct correspondence
- Document patient care in a concise and comprehensive manner
