Information Entry Clerk

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Information Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering updating organizing and maintaining information across company databases and digital systems. This position is ideal for someone who is organized comfortable working independently and able to maintain accuracy while handling repetitive data-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update information accurately into company databases and systems.
  
  
• Review submitted information for completeness accuracy and consistency.
  
  
• Maintain organized electronic records and files.
  
  
• Verify and correct data discrepancies when identified.
  
  
• Process documents and transfer information between digital systems.
  
  
• Assist with routine administrative and clerical tasks.
  
  
• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
  
  
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
  
  
• Communicate with team members regarding missing or incorrect information.
  
  
• Meet established productivity and accuracy standards.
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
  

• Basic computer and internet skills.
  
  

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  
  

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  
  

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
  
  

• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  
  

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  
  

• Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
  
  

• Previous data entry or administrative experience is preferred but not required .
