Overview
Registered Nurse, Med Surg Tele in Colby, KS, starting 08/03/2026 for Weeks as a travel assignment at a Critical Access Hospital. Guaranteed 36 hours per week with a night shift schedule that includes a day shift on occasion. Weekly pay range: $2,258–$2,392 per week.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults in a medical-surgical telemetry setting
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and support routine procedures
- Telemetry monitoring with timely escalation of abnormal findings
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record
- Promote patient safety, infection control, and patient education

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
- Med-Surg Tele or inpatient telemetry experience preferred
- Ability to work nights with occasional day shifts and to adapt to a 24/7 hospital schedule
- Proficiency with electronic health records and strong communication skills
