TOP NEW YORK CITY CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT FIRM SEEKS PROJECT MANAGER

Immediate PM role paying 175-200k depending on experience. If you check every single one of these boxes, we will get you an interview.

PLEASE READ AND VERIFY EACH REQUIREMENT!

- Live in NYC

- Have project experience over 100k sq ft or over $50 million

- Have a minimum of 7 years of experience, and least a few as a PM

- Coordination and Problem Solving Skills

- Able to read Architectural Drawings including low voltage, security drawings and riser diagrams

- At least one of the following: - Low Voltage / MEPs experience, BIM / VDC exposure, Design Build Exposure.

- Confidence in yourself to oversee over 100 million dollars of scope on a massive multi-billion dollar Design Build Project.

- The ability to work in office / site 5 days / week

- The ability to commute regularly to Downtown Manhattan and to lower Bronx.

- Experience in the preconstruction as well as execution.

All candidates are preferred to have a degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, finance, or similar. If you hold a degree in other areas but have strong practical / technical experience that is also ok.

Special Attention paid towards candidates with all of the above and some exposure to low voltage, security systems on new ground up construction.

Salary 160-200k depending on experience
