responsibilities:

• Develop detailed HVAC ductwork layouts and 3D BIM models in Autodesk Revit from scratch, detailing them from LOD 300 up to LOD 400 (Issued for Fabrication).

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (electrical, plumbing, structural, and architectural) using Navisworks to perform clash detection and ensure clash-free, constructible designs.

• Translate engineering calculations into constructible layouts and prepare complete construction documents, plans, sections, and details.

• Apply industry standards such as ASHRAE guidelines and SMACNA duct standards, participating in internal QA/QC reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain and update project BIM standards, templates, and families to ensure consistency and quality across semiconductor, life sciences, and datacenter projects.
