COMPENSATION:

$18-$20 Hourly

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dishware, cookware, and utensils throughout service. Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment efficiently and safely. Assistwith kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and sanitization of work areas. Support chefs and cooks by ensuring all tools are cleaned, dried, and returned to the proper stations. Handle dishware and glassware carefully, following safety and sanitation standards. Maintain organization and stock of cleaning supplies and chemicalsin accordance withsafety regulations. Uphold the cleanliness and integrity of the kitchen — keepingOur Housespotless and service-ready.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Previousexperience in a high-volume kitchen or restaurantpreferred butnotrequired. Strong workethicand reliability with attention to cleanliness and detail. Must be able tostand forlong periodsandlift a minimum of 50 pounds. Ability to work efficiently under pressure andmaintaincomposure during peak hours. Maintain a valid Food Handler’sCertification in the state of New York
