Internal Medicine Advanced Practice Provider

Centennial Primary Care is seeking an experienced primary care Advanced Practice Provider to join their practice. Qualified candidates:

• NP degree from accredited program
• CO license or ability to obtain one
• Internal Medicine or Family Medicine APP experience preferred
• Provide treatment to patients for most acute illnesses, minor injuries and chronic conditions
• No new/upcoming grads; 1-2 yrs. practice experience as an APP required
