Your role will involve collaboration with technicians to close deals and make the customer happy.Job SummaryThis position provides customer options, design, and education in the sale of replacement HVAC systems in a residential setting.Job DutiesPresents HVAC system replacement optionsPresents financing optionsLearns One Hour sales system and ethical practicesMaintains sales margins in jobs as specified by supervisorConveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving.Wears floor savers while in the client's homeConducts follow-up calls to ensure 100% satisfaction and generate future referrals.Minimum RequirementsA proven history of achieving and exceeding sales goals, showcasing a strong track record of closing deals. This is a major requirement as we are a serious company and only want serious applicants with documentation of closing deals to apply for this specific position.Proficient with computers and using sales technology appsMust display strong communication (listening included) skills and technical competenceAbility to pass a background checkClean driving recordAvailability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends to accommodate customer needs and close deals when the time is best.
