RN - ER Nightshift

Pay Range $30 USD to $40 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons. Description We are seeking a full‑time nightshift Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and dedicated professional who provides the highest quality of care to our patients. Responsibilities: Monitor patient condition and assess their needs. Observe and interpret patient symptoms and communicate them to the physician. Perform routine procedures such as blood pressure, injections, etc., and record findings in patient charts. Adjust and administer medication and provide treatments according to physician's orders. Inspect facilities and maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds, etc.). Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families. Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational opportunities and maintaining required competencies. Skills & Qualifications Effective communication Proven experience as an RN Willingness to contribute to a positive working climate Passion for helping others Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures Excellent knowledge of emergency care Team player Detail oriented, capable of completing tasks with all necessary details Motivated by growth opportunities and taking on additional responsibilities Education Requirements Registered Nurse license required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required. Basic Life Support (BLS) required. Preferred Education Associate’s degree or higher in Nursing. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing. Shift Differential Evening and night shifts are eligible for shift differential. Additional differential on weekend shifts.
