Position Summary

The Restaurant Supervisor supports the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and developing a strong team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coaching others, maintaining high standards, and helping the restaurant run smoothly every day.

What You'll Do

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations
• Coach and motivate team members to deliver great guest service
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
• Assist with training, scheduling, and team development
• Resolve guest concerns and create positive dining experiences
• Support inventory, labor management, and cost control
• Help execute promotions, marketing initiatives, and community events

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for guest service and team development
• Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain shortly after hire)
