What You’ll Do Respond to incoming phone calls, internet leads, emails, and customer inquiries. Reach out to potential and existing customers to schedule appointments. Follow up with customers to ensure an exceptional experience. Build strong relationships with customers and help drive dealership business. Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in our CRM system. Work closely with the sales and service teams to provide outstanding customer service. Help create a welcoming, professional, and positive experience for every customer. What We’re Looking For Experience in customer service, retail, or sales is encouraged — automotive experience is a plus, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A friendly, professional, and outgoing personality. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. A willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team.
