Job Details Job Title: Overseas Warehouse Solution Manager Location: Fontana, CA or City of Industry, CA Annual Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 USD + Annual Performance Bonus Position Overview Responsible for designing and optimizing logistics solutions for the North American market. What You’ll Do Develop customized warehousing and distribution plans for e‑commerce sellers (TikTok, Temu, Amazon). Design workflows for small/oversized items or HazMat storage and handling. Calculate project IRR (Internal Rate of Return) and payback periods for new warehouse setups. Optimize last‑mile pricing strategies to maintain margins under platform‑mandated labels. Define SOPs for OS&D (Over, Short, and Damaged) and other inbound/outbound exceptions; ensure compliance with California CUPA/HMBP regulations for hazardous materials. Identify, extract, and analyze the pain points and requirements of cross‑border and local US clientele. Conduct competitor benchmarking and capability evaluation focusing on operational efficiency, pricing structures, and geographic coverage. Qualifications 3–5 years in solution design, with 1–2 years directly related to overseas warehouse planning and execution. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; ability to extract, manipulate, and visualize data. Experience building dashboards or reporting tools to support business decisions. Understanding of transportation concepts including pricing, carrier selection, service levels, and operational challenges. Ability to collaborate across multiple teams (sales, procurement, product, operations). Strong communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
