Alliance Workforce is hiring a Bevel Tilt / Saw Operator for a growing manufacturing facility in Tampa. We are looking for someone with previous experience operating saws who enjoys hands-on work and has a creative mindset. This position plays an important role in cutting materials and creating custom foam cushions used to protect products during shipping and handling.

Bevel Tilt / Saw Operator
Location: Tampa, FL
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:
• Operate bevel tilt saws and related cutting equipment safely and efficiently
• Measure, mark, and cut materials according to specifications
• Design and create custom foam inserts and cushions for products
• Read work orders and follow production requirements
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
• Assist with other manufacturing and production duties as needed

Qualifications:
• Previous saw operation experience required
• Experience in manufacturing, woodworking, fabrication, packaging, or production environments preferred
• Creative mindset with the ability to visualize and create foam cushioning solutions
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
