Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with a sense of urgency and excellence
• Coach, develop, and inspire team members to deliver outstanding service
• Participate actively in high-volume, fast-paced kitchen activities
• Open and close shifts, act as a key holder, and manage cash drawers
• Provide immediate and respectful responses to guest needs
• Set a positive tone for the team by leading by example

Qualifications and Skills

• Enthusiastic, friendly, and encouraging team player
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to make emotional connections with guests and team members
• Reliable transportation and ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
• Prior leadership experience preferred but not required
• Commitment to superior customer service and team accountability
