Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use history and associated mental health conditions. \n
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on the specific needs of clients, addressing both addiction and co-occurring disorders. \n
- Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions using research-backed therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. \n
- Work closely with fellow treatment team members to ensure integrated and coordinated care tailored to each client's goals and progress. \n
- Educate and involve clients’ families in the recovery process to enhance support systems and foster long-term sobriety. \n
- Maintain meticulous records in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. \n
