Full-Time and PRN positions are available, offering flexibility while maintaining strong clinical leadership on our day shift. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a fast‑paced, skilled nursing environment and is comfortable leading a team while delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care. Why This Role Matters The Charge Nurse is a vital part of daily operations — serving as a clinical leader, mentor, and advocate for residents. Your leadership sets the tone for the shift and ensures smooth communication, strong teamwork, and excellent care delivery.
