In this contract role, you'll bring your expertise to a caseload of approximately 18 students, making a real impact in their educational journeys. With a flexible schedule of 12 hours per week, you'll be able to balance your professional and personal life while shaping young learners’ futures.

What you’ll need to bring:

• Active license to practice Occupational Therapy in Ohio
• Previous experience as a school-based OT, ideally serving diverse K-8 populations
• Strong skills in collaboration and communication with teachers, parents, and other support staff
• Ability to design and implement creative, individualized interventions
• Enthusiasm for supporting academic access and life skills for students facing a range of challenges

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing students’ needs, developing IEP goals, and delivering targeted therapy
• Documenting progress, maintaining accurate records, and participating in IEP meetings
• Collaborating closely with educators and family members to integrate therapy into classroom routines and school life
• Providing support and training to staff to foster students’ independence and success
• Contributing professional insight in a multidisciplinary school team on a welcoming campus setting
