Accountant Position Summary: Responsible for administrative and professional accounting work, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, assisting with budget preparation and financial reports, and maintaining general ledger entries. Key Responsibilities and Experience: Prepare and post journal entries to the General Ledger. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting. Process and support payroll functions, including related reporting. Prepare and file 941 Tax Reports, TWC quarterly reports, W-2s, and 1099s. Reconcile monthly bank statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation. Supervise and provide guidance to assigned staff, as applicable. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in accounting from an accredited school. Minimum of two years of accounting experience. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Office 365. Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills. Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours or change schedule as necessary. Revenue Specialist Position Summary: Processes patient claims and payments for third-party payers and self-pay accounts. Assists with inquiries regarding client accounts. Requirements Required: Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-9, ICD-10 and CPT knowledge. Experience in processing EOB’s, post payments, and adjustments. Maintains expert knowledge of billing workflow and optimizes use of available technology. Responsible for helping review insurance denials related to billing Qualifications Required: Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills. Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours or change schedule as necessary. Registered Dental Assistant Position Summary: Performs routine chair-side dental assisting duties and other related duties involved in providing oral health patient care in one of the Agency’s primary health care clinics. Works under the direction of agency’s dentist(s), registered dental hygienist(s) and the supervision of the Chief Dental Officer. The dental assistant will provide services directed toward the restoration of health and wellness, health promotion and disease prevention. Requirements Required: Certified by the State of Texas as a Registered Dental Assistant. Maintains continuing education requirements as mandated by the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners for Registered Dental Assistants licensure and provider Basic Life Support as required by the American Heart Association. Experience in the sterility of all reusable dental instruments, devices and equipment in accordance with Dental Department directive and protocol. Experience in preparing the patient for treatment including the identification of the chief complaint, the taking and recording of vital signs, weight, temperature, blood pressure, glucose levels, etc., and ensures smooth patient flow throughout the center. Knowledge of modern dental material, their storage, handling and applications. Ability to work flexible hours or change schedule as necessary. Qualifications Required: Ability to problem-solve Effectively and efficiently manages time, efforts, and workload. Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills. Effective organizational skills. Charge Nurse Location: Multiple Position Summary: Responsible for managing nursing staff, coordinating patient care, performs routine technical nursing duties, and ensures the smooth operation of the department. This role involves supervising, directing, and supporting nursing staff, while providing direct patient care as needed. The Charge Nurse serves as a liaison between the nursing staff, medical staff, patients and families. Works under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer and supervision of Director of Nursing. Requirements Required: Graduate from a State approved School of Vocational Nursing or higher, with current Certification or Registration Licensed to practice in Texas. A minimum of five years of clinical experience is required. A minimum of two years of experience in a management or supervisory position. Experience in scheduling, managing, and mentoring staff.Knowledge of medical terminology, acceptable medical abbreviations, and medical Instructions/education. Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare technologies. Ability to work flexible hours or change schedule as necessary. Qualifications Required: Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal abilities, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills.Effectively and efficiently manages time, efforts, and workload. Efficient in all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.) Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills. LVN/CMA Position Summary: Performs routine technical nursing duties and assists with other related duties involved in providing patient care. Works under the direction of the physician and supervision of Director of Nursing. Requirements Required: Graduate from a State approved School of Vocational Nursing or higher, with current Certification or Registration Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in the State of Texas Licensed to practice in Texas. Knowledge of legal and medical requirements as applied to compliance performance improvement. Knowledge of medical terminology, acceptable medical abbreviations, and medical Instructions/education. Ability to work flexible hours or change schedule as necessary. Qualifications Required: One-year experience in a clinical setting required. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills. Effectively and efficiently manages time, efforts, and workload. Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills. Maintenance Technician Position Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and custodial duties to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and proper operation of the agency’s facilities and grounds. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, minor building repairs, equipment upkeep, facility inspections, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for staff and visitors. Requirements Required: Requires intermittent sitting, kneeling, bending, walking, climbing, lifting, and standing. Ability to lift and/or move 50 to 100 pounds. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Qualifications Required: Must have reliable transportation to travel to different sites. Must possess a current Class C Texas driver’s license and proof of liability insurance. One year of maintenance, custodial, facilities, or related experience and/or training preferred.Basic knowledge of building maintenance, repair techniques, and safety practices preferred. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Custodian ( Part-time) Position Summary: Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment across all agency facilities. This role performs routine cleaning, maintenance, and inspections to ensure buildings and grounds meet health, safety, and operational standards. The Custodian may work independently or as part of a team and will support general facility upkeep, minor repairs, and event setup as needed. Requirements Required: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including intermittent sitting, kneeling, bending, walking, climbing, lifting, and standing Must be able to lift and/or move objects weighing 50 to 100 pounds Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor environments Qualifications Required: Must have reliable transportation to travel between assigned locations Must possess a valid Class C Texas driver’s license and current proof of liability insurance High school diploma or equivalent preferred At least one (1) year of related custodial, maintenance, or janitorial experience preferred Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and time management skills Community Health Development, Inc.
