As a Direct Acquisition Agent, you are the first point of contact with motivated sellers. You'll be handed warm leads and trusted to turn conversations into contracts touring homes, running comps, estimating repairs, and making confident offers on the spot. No cold calling. No license required. Just strong people skills, sharp instincts, and a drive to close. This is a hybrid role with a mix of field-based property visits and in-office time for training, huddles, and team collaboration.
