Lead Pastry Baker, Commissary - Production Leader

Grand Central Bakery

Grand Central Bakery seeks a Commissary Pastry Lead to partner with the Pastry Operations Manager and ensure high-quality product is produced efficiently. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement within a production bakery environment. The position is full-time with a 12:00–20:00 schedule, Monday through Friday, with weekend work as needed.
