Physical Therapy Aide / Front desk assist(Full-Time).
AASK Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation – For both South Plainfield ( 3 days) & East Brunswick locations ( 2 days). 

We are seeking a reliable, organized, growth oriented and bilingual Spanish-speaking support staff to help support daily operations in our fast paced outpatient physical therapy clinics.

Most soffice work, insurance verification, and major admin work are all handled remotely by the office manager . This role focuses on routine,simple in-clinic support such as phone calls, scanning, faxing, filing, organizing documents, assisting patients, helping maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, and supporting therapists on the floor as needed as aide.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual Spanish -Mandatory

• Healthcare or medical office experience preferred

• Knowledge with basic computer tech and Google spreadsheets and MS office mandatory.

• Organized, dependable, and quick to learn

• Friendly and professional with patients and staff

• Pre-PT, Healthcare Administration, and healthcare-related students are welcome to apply

• Experience or skill in any form of marketing will give the candidate priority and for longterm and full time options.

Full time to begin with and $14–$16/ hour depending on experience and potential to grow.
